SALON POLICIES

Suite Privacy & Guest Policy

Only the client is allowed in the suite during appointments.

My suite is designed as an intimate, one-on-one space where we can focus completely on you and your hair journey.

Arrival Time

Please arrive no more than 5 minutes early.

I know you're excited (I am too!), but arriving too early can:

  • Interrupt my previous client's appointment

  • Create congestion in shared waiting areas

  • Make my current client feel rushed

Perfect timing:

  • Arrive 5 minutes before your appointment time

  • If you're running late, please text or call ASAP

  • If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule to ensure quality time for your service

If you're early:

  • Feel free to wait in your car or grab coffee nearby

  • I'll text you when I'm ready if you let me know you've arrived

Scent Considerations

Please be considerate of scent sensitivities.

I work in close proximity with you for hours, and many people (including myself) can be sensitive to strong scents.

Please avoid arriving:

  • Smelling strongly of cigarette/vape smoke

  • Smelling of alcohol

  • Wearing heavy perfume/cologne

  • With strong food odors

I understand:

  • Life happens and you might be coming from work/social situations

  • You might not always notice these scents on yourself

  • This isn't meant to shame anyone

AGE POLICY 

I do not service clients under 13 years old.

My specialties and consultation process are designed for teens and adults. I want to give every client my full attention and expertise, and I've found I can serve older clients best.

For children under 13, I'm happy to refer you to fantastic stylists who specialize in kids' cuts!

CANCELATION POLICY

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. To ensure the best experience for all of my clients, I kindly ask that any cancellations or reschedules be made at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service.

  • No-shows will be charged 100% of the service total.

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance will not incur any fee.

By booking an appointment, you agree to this policy. Thank you for respecting my time and the time of others.

TARDINESS

Please plan to arrive on time for your appointment to ensure the best possible service.

  • If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled or modified, and a late fee may apply.

  • In some cases, being more than 15 minutes late may be treated as a no-show, and you may be charged 100% of the service fee.

Punctuality helps me stay on schedule and provide every client with the attention they deserve. Thank you for your understanding!

REDO POLICY
 

My goal is for every client to leave feeling confident and satisfied. If you are unhappy with your service, I kindly ask that you let me know within 7 days of your appointment so we can make it right.

  • No refunds will be given.

  • If a redo is needed, I must be notified within 7 days, and adjustments will be made at no additional charge. .

By receiving a service, you acknowledge and agree to this policy. Thank you for your trust and understanding.

RIGHT TO REFUSE

I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason that may compromise the safety, comfort, or well-being of myself, my clients, or my business.

This includes (but is not limited to):

  • Disrespectful, inappropriate, or aggressive behavior

  • Repeated lateness or no-shows

  • Refusal to follow salon policies or professional recommendations

  • Poor hygiene or signs of communicable conditions

My space is designed to be a safe, welcoming environment for everyone. Thank you for respecting that standard.
